Members Can Now Access Audible's Premium Storytelling via Apple Podcasts

Today, Audible is launching a connected subscription on Apple Podcasts, giving listeners in 135 countries seamless access to nearly 700 premium podcast titles directly within the Apple Podcasts app, with more on the way.

The launch builds on the recent transition of podcast titles previously available on Wondery+ to Audible, creating a deep lineup of true crime, investigative journalism, celebrity-led series, and compelling audio storytelling—all now available to Audible members on Apple Podcasts.

Members can now listen ad-free to Audible Originals across these genres, including award-winning investigative series like Dr. Death, Dying for Sex, and Hysterical, personal growth series such as Reinvent Your Life with Mel Robbins, and star-studded audio dramas like Kerry Washington's The Prophecy and The Big Lie starring Jon Hamm. Select titles and episodes will be available to listen widely, with thousands available ad-free for members who connect their Audible subscription on Apple Podcasts.

The connected subscription launches in line with today’s premiere of OnlyFantasy, a new series from the team behind Fiasco, Think Twice, and Final Thoughts: Jerry Springer. Hosted by journalist Leon Neyfakh and comedian Gracie Canaan, the show explores digital connection and human intimacy through a close examination of the platform OnlyFans. Members can binge the entire series on Audible or Apple Podcasts, and episodes will roll out weekly on all other podcast platforms. Additional series available ad-free at launch include American Scandal, Business Wars, and more.

Members can listen to premium Audible podcasts on Apple Podcasts or in the Audible app, with their membership working seamlessly across both. The connected subscription is currently available to members subscribed via Audible's U.S. and UK services, which cover 135 Apple countries, and is expected to roll out to members of Audible’s services for Australia, Japan and Canada in June.

Here’s how you can access Audible on Apple Podcasts:

For new subscribers:

  • Open Apple Podcasts and search for an Audible premium show (e.g., Dr. Death, OnlyFantasy)
  • Tap to subscribe in the Audible app and sign-up for an Audible Standard membership
  • Start listening immediately on Apple Podcasts; your membership also unlocks full Standard benefits on the Audible app, including one audiobook per month and an unlimited listening library

For existing Audible members:

  • Open Apple Podcasts and your subscription should connect automatically, or search for an Audible premium show
  • Link your existing Audible account to unlock premium podcast access on Apple Podcasts at no additional cost
