Overall I really enjoyed this audiobook. It picked up right where book 1 left off. The characters and storyline were good and the spice was excellent. My only thing is the story didn’t move as much as I would have liked

This audiobook was so good, dark and sinister.
I like how the storyline grows and makes the storyline even stronger, this book continues from where the first book ended. this book does leave off on a cliffhanger. I really enjoyed the storyline, I don’t want to give anything away but the book just got better and better as it went on. …OMG the ending!!!! The narrators were brilliant, they really brought this storyline to life! I can’t wait to listen to the next book!

That ending has me gasping. So curious to know what's next. Dante man, he's supposed to be the enemy but idk..

Viola is still doing her thing- killing people and trying her hardest to stay away from the three men she lives with.. sexual tension and chemistry just floating through the air there. Her and the guys just don't know what they do and don't want. I am enjoying this on audio and cannot wait for more.

Lucas Webley and Hannah Hedley narrate these books and they're just killing it( pun intended)

This books is full of so many layers! Viola, the guys, Dante. They all bring something to the story and listening to the audio adds another level of intenseness.

Viola is such a bad booty babe! She is full of surprises and i love how she’s aware of things even though her mind has a hard time processing them. The guys are all so different. Their backgrounds and how they handle things all make them interesting. I love the way that it’s both loving but also some loathing. I never know how Viola is gonna react and this story keeps me on my toes.

The narrators are so good at bringing the emotion and tension to the characters. I really am enjoying this audio and can’t wait to listen to more after that cliff hanger!

This was amazing to listen to! The action scenes , the steamy scenes and the not so pretty ones were absolutely wonderful. Here I thought the first installment was amazing this one takes the cake! I love viola she is still a tough cookie and that Dante I just wish he would poof like the wind. As for the other men In her life they truly care for her and do whatever she needs. As for the ending it had me on the edge of my seat and I can’t wait to see what is up next for Viola. As for the narrators omg I love their accents and just the way they are with each character is absolutely perfect.

This was another fast paced adventure following Viola and her boys picking right up where A History of Violence left off.

Viola is itching to kill, Dante is playing a game of cat and mouse with Viola and the boys, the relationships between Viola and the boys continue to grow, and Viola’s past continues to catch up to her.

I finished this audiobook in a sitting because I couldn’t get enough. I had to know what happened next and trying to piece together the never ending puzzle Mallory Fox has created.

There is so much happening and so many factors that fit into each other and as a reader you are trying to piece it all together.

I love the duet narration especially with how many characters and how fast paced these books are. The female narrator does a great job at capturing Viola’s unhinged personality!

That twist at the end left me wanting more and to know what happens next!

This series is so fun to listen to! We’ve got a baddie fmc who takes no 💩, who knows how to end you with her bare hands and her merry hands of men!

The relationships with the guys starts to develop more in this second book, and you start to feel the connections Viola is forming with them all. Baring in mind that I go into my books blind, I’m not sold on if Dante will become one of her men yet, or if he’s truly just the villain lol. But either way, I’m here for seeing him brought to his knees!! There ending has me convinced he’s going to be, so I’m definitely interested to see how that all unfolds.

I’m 100% invested in where this plot line is going and can’t wait to see what happens in the next book, considering the minor cliffy!!

The audio production for this is amazing. I love Lucas and Hannah together. Lucas is so good at making each guy unique and they each have their own voice, which I loved! Hannah’s voice is exactly what I would’ve pictured for Viola. It’s kinda sultry, and monotone, but not in a bad way! It totally fits Viola’s character.

I’m really enjoying this series and can’t wait o get into the next book! Highly recommend picking this series up if you love dark why choose romances, with a baddie fmc who knows how to use a knife or two. 😉

The continuation to this dark RH story. More players are introduced. Lots of secrets being kept and revealed. Lots of names on hit lists being added and eliminated. A cat and mouse games come into play. It's hard to keep up with who is playing who. A bit of Viola's past is revealed too. I listened to the audio and the narrators did a great job. This does end in a cliffhanger. Can't wait to find out what happens next.
