Alec Lace, father of four, launched his popular podcast, First-Class Fatherhood, in 2018, with a vision to change the narrative of fatherhood and family life. The show quickly became one of the top parenting podcasts in America, due to Alec’s interviews with some of the most recognized fathers in the world, including Matthew McConaughey, Deion Sanders, Tony Hawk, Steve Harvey and Dana White. Because of the show’s popularity, Alec was invited to be on the field for multiple Super Bowl media days, to interview dads such as Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes and Matthew Stafford. Alec has also interviewed legendary servicemen such as Navy SEALs Rob O’Neill, Jocko Willink and Marcus Luttrell. Alec was interviewed live on Fox & Friends for Father’s Day in 2019 and was featured as “The Power Player of the Week” on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. Alec does all of this while continuing to be a dedicated railroad mechanic, a position he has held for over twenty years, and as an Uber driver.
