Working as an insurance executive for over 25 years while also coaching, traveling, and dadding, he understands first-hand the importance of balance to a father and his family. He is the founder of DadAthlon.com, a community dedicated to helping fathers achieve balanced strength across all aspects of fatherhood. When not in the zone, Tim enjoys nerdy podcasts, classic movies, and shutting off lights around the house. He may or may not like Piña Coladas, but definitely does not like getting caught in the rain. Tim lives in central Connecticut with his wonderful wife Erin, their four kids, and their rescue dog Pepper, whom he begrudgingly loves.
