Avoid burnout and read this book on your own time. Good book about burnout with exercise and ways to avoid burning out. I tend to burn myself out especially when I am really into a project. Some of the stress release exercise in this books are good ways to help with burnout.

While covering the 7 Day Reset quickly, the book focused more on establishing micro daily habits over the long term to reduce stress and prevent burnout. There was a good bit of overlap between the chapters, especially in regards to exercise, sleep, eating, and hydration. I appreciated the checklists, prompts, yoga poses and breathing, as well as the references. The narration became more mechanical in the last 2 chapters. It's worth the read if you're prepared for long term work.
