Excellent coaching and storytelling that is vulnerable and wise
Part gentle teacher, part memoirist, and wholly lovely human being, author Heather Whelpley guides her readers through the journey of releasing performative and people pleasing expectations in order to start living a more fulfilling life in her second book, “Grounded Wildness: Break Free from Performing Your Life and Start Living It.”
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Heather in a couple different capacities over the years and can’t say enough about how much I connected with many of her stories. I loved that she provided examples of concepts and posed thoughtful questions to her readers throughout her narrative, which was a refreshing opportunity to pause and self-reflect. I listened to half of the book last night (yay for an audiobook version!), and finished it as soon as I woke up. Wonderful work, Heather!
