Leadership in the kingdom of God, unlike earthly leadership, places the interest (i.e, common good as determined by the Lord) of the people being served first. In the heavenly kingdom, the leaders are the servants, yet they are clothed with greater glory and honour. Why are spiritual leaders vested with so much honour? What does it mean to honour a spiritual leader, and what are the ways to genuinely honour and properly relate with them, in order to fully benefit from the grace that the Lord has bestowed upon them for our sake?
