Getting into the Heart is the MOST important thing when working with energy for if we are not in the heart and calling upon energies that we believe to be source, there are ways that "source" can be distorted on it's way down to where ever you are residing in your body. Think of a BIG spot light shooting down through a sky scraper, when you are in the "heart space" you have PERFECT access to that light shining from above with out anything in the way but once you get below the heart there are illusions, screens, and things that turn your light from translucent white light to "off white" or opal white or yellow white, etc.... From the heart space, with access to the REAL white light, you may do with it what you want and use it with out distortions to heal, create, and manifest what you love.

It took me 5 years to get into he REAL heart.... when you get into the heart you will feel it and it's amazing! Try this meditation I channeled in a reiki 2 class where the guides attuned everyone to the Heart Space. The attunement energies are with in the audio so you may feel them if you are sensitive.
