    Cold Case Western Australia is the official podcast of WA Police Force which examines unsolved murders.

    The series includes in-depth interviews with detectives investigating the cases, and with family members of the victims.

    Cold Case Western Australia is hosted by Neil Poh - a veteran crime reporter and a former media advisor for WA Police Force.

    The series has been commissioned as part of new efforts to obtain information from the public about this confronting, unsolved murders.

    Andrew Podpinka was home alone on 4 March 1999 when he suffered multiple stab wounds that caused his death.

    Originally from Poland, Mr Podpinka lived with various health issues. His wife and daughter had gone shopping about 1.30pm that day, and a neighbour reported seeing Mr Podpinka at the front of his home about 2.45pm.

    When Mr Podpinka’s wife and daughter returned home about 3.45pm, they found his body on the bedroom floor.

  • Lisa Mott - Part 2

    On 30 October, 1980, Lisa Marie Mott had gone to play basketball with friends at the local courts in the South West town of Collie.

    She went to a pizza shop opposite the courts with a friend about 8.45pm that night and, by 9pm, had started walking home towards Forrest Street.

    She was just 12-years-old and has never been seen since.
