Thought Provoking

I learned about this podcast while at a training class. I was pushed into a self evaluation and realized that I was failing my guys and myself. This podcast has really made me search myself. It has motivated me to make the changes needed to be a better officer, supervisor, and training officer.

Knowledge for everyone; not just Law Enforcement.

Great points made that everyone needs to be listening to. I was raised to always respected Law Enforcement & I feel if more people put their selves in our officers shoes their mindsets would change. No one should have to put themselves in a life or death situation after only a few months training. Great job informing everyone sir!
