  • Welcome to From Complex to Queens, Home Run Applesauce’s podcast focusing on the Mets’ minor league system. This week, Steve discusses the 2024 St. Lucie Mets season. The St. Lucie Mets were a very young team- the youngest team in the Florida State League and one of the youngest in all of Single-A baseball, in fact- but with youth comes inexperience. As their 22-44 record in the first half and 23-40 record in the second half highlight, there was much to be desired when it came to team performance. Still, there were more than a few solid performances and plenty of positives to take from the season.
