  • Our mission is to help people get Stronger, Healthier and Happier, for life. This is the podcast where you are going to learn how to become Stronger, Healthier and Happier for life. We help people with their health and fitness both inside and outside of the gym. Helping them take what they learn both physically and mentally, and apply it to the rest of their life. In our gyms, we work with 150 busy Londoners at a time using personal training, group training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and want to use our podcast as a way to help our members further through educating. The things we're going to talk about will also be helpful for those that aren't training with us, may train with us in the future or may never step foot in our doors. We want to help people get Stronger, Healthier and Happier, for life. This is the podcast where you are going to learn how to become Stronger, Healthier and Happier for life.     We share how we set up our sleep routine to make sure we feel better rested and our experiences when we haven't slept enough to make sure you don't feel like you're alone in any sporadic sleep routines. But mostly - how to make it better!
