    About Heather Fandrich:

Heather Fandrich has been studying piano since the age of five. Despite growing up with a less-than-ideal piano, her passion for music never waned. Her first experience with a truly musical piano came when she played the prototype of Darrell Fandrich's vertical action, which inspired her even more deeply.

Heather's connection to piano innovation runs in her family. Her husband, Robert Jenny, wrote Darrell Fandrich's first two patents, and Heather later married Darrell, only to discover that her interest in pianos was in her genes. Her great-great-grandhusband, Frederick Mathushek, was a noted piano designer and builder in the late 1800s.
