While managing the joys and challenges of parenthood, Eli serves as a Managing Director at Isagani Yorke Capital Partners, where he applies his strategic financial mindset to help growing small companies as a Fractional CFO. We talk about work-life balance, parenting, leadership, and how the notion of unlimited PTO isn’t all it’s made out to be.
