Quick and Easy Tips

I can't recommend more the simple things Flora suggests in these podcasts, and it's so easy to listen to. Everyone has 10-15min in their day! But more so, her courses are really where you can get the tools to feel less stressed and more confident. you have to remember that changing how you respond takes time, and you only need to get it right 30% of the time.

Great tools

The podcast left me wanting more tips and tricks to use with my kids. She gave wonderful, easy to follow tools to use to get respect rom my kids. I loved the idea of planning out in advance how things will go since my kids respond better when there is a plan. I loved the idea of the interrupting hand.
