  • Eagles vs. Commanders Postgame Show, Week 11
    Nov 15 2024
Week 11 of the Philadelphia Eagles 2024-2025 season is now in the books as they beat the Washington Commanders down at The Linc in Philly by a score of 26-18. This was the game that was to tell us more about the Eagles and the Commanders as two of the top teams in the NFC East and NFC in general. From the start, both teams looked like they were coming off a short week, which they were. The Eagles certainly did not play a great offensive game. They found ways to win late in the game mainly because of one Saquon Barkley.
Jalen Hurts, once again, had a “tale of two halves” game against the Commanders defense. While us fans are glad he did not turn the ball over, it wasn’t his best game this season. The defense was absolutely dominant, once again, this week. The secondary held star wide receiver Terry McLaurin to only 2 targets for a grand total of 10 yards. Commanders star quarterback, Jayden Daniels, had a very underwhelming perfornance in front of the Eagles fans at The Linc. Yet again, the Eagles defense is holding the rushing attack to under 100 yards. Vic Fangio has this unit heading in the right direction.
As always, we gave our top themes, thoughts and opinions from the game on offense, defense, and special teams, and then graded each unit on both sides of the ball, as well as the coaching staff.
It was great to have our friend of the pod Matt Rogers from the Honorable Mention podcast join us this week for some analysis.

    Nov 14 2024
This week, we have two great and in-depth interviews! The first focuses on the upcoming College Football Playoff and what the college football scene currently looks like. We also dove into this Flyers season, and how the team is starting to rebound after a very challenging start to the season.
Mike Raymond from Fox Sports Radio of the Lehigh Valley joined us for a deep dive into the upcoming College Football Playoff and how things have been looking for the top-12 teams that may make the bracket at the end of the regular season. We discussed Penn State’s season as well as whether Oregon can remain at the top of the college football world. We also looked into some of the movements and shifts we're witnessing in college football this season. Will the upcoming playoff bracket bring about more college football fans and viewers? (Approx. 3:35)
From there, Ryan Gilbert from BroadStreetHockey.com and the Broad Street Hockey podcast joined us for some great analysis of where this Philadelphia Flyers season currently stands. The team may be at a potential turning point after challenges have persisted through much of the beginning of the season. Where is the team making strides? The scratching and presence of Matvei Michkov. What Jamie Drysdale’s IR status now means for the defense. All of this and much more on the Table this week! (Approx. 33:00)

    Nov 13 2024
On this week’s OPPOSITION TERRITORY pod, we’re previewing the Week 11 matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders. Jamual Forrest from the Trap Or Dive podcast joined us this week for our preview! The Eagles are coming off a dominant win against the Cowboys and are currently sitting in first place in the NFC East. However, this is a Commanders team that is impressive and has turned heads within the NFL. Both teams are jockeying for position with the division and the NFC overall. It’ll be a great game Thursday night!
Topics Jamual and Jeff dove into:
Assessing how quarterback Jayden Daniels has developed and may perform this week under center.

  • Eagles vs. Cowboys Postgame Show, Week 10
    Nov 11 2024
Week 10 of the Philadelphia Eagles 2024-2025 season is now in the books as they beat the Dallas Cowboys down in Dallas in bright and sunny AT&T Stadium by a score of 34-6. While the Cowboys are a complete mess of a team, especially on offense, the Eagles took care of business and are now 7-2 on the season. They play the Washington Commanders this coming Thursday, which will determine who leads the NFC East division at this point in the season.
Jalen Hurts had a “tale of two halves” game against the Cowboys. A fumble and interception in the first half gave us concern, but he pulled things together in the second half and was on fire, especially with A.J. Brown. The Eagles defense is playing lights out football. They are being coached extremely well, and they’re generating turnovers. Quite the turnaround from where they were against Tampa Bay earlier this season.
As always, we gave our top themes, thoughts and opinions from the game on offense, defense, and special teams, and then graded each unit on both sides of the ball, as well as the coaching staff.
