Michael Brolin was raised in France on a vineyard by his grandparents after his American Mother and French father are killed in an accident. He joined the French Military in a special forces unit, his call sign "Fey", for his strong 6th sense. Disillusioned after a mission that went bad and how the aftermath was handled, he made his way to the States and found his way to Badass and to Elite Rising. Found a like minded friend in Harky.
Copper Rose, is a scientist. After the death of her American mother, her German business man father sets her up with tutors on his company's compound. Then put her to work as an adult.
MB and his team are sent in to rescue the daughter of a German industrialist, who has been take by terrorist. When he meets her, he know something is seriously wrong. Copper seeks sanctuary from BSC and Cort puts the genius woman under heavy security. Alder taps her for a job. Copper has found a home that lets her follow her dreams as a scientist, and friends that not only accept her for who and what she is, but some who are much like her.
MB 6th sense tells him Copper is his. She is happy to belong to him. They both get Zeus and Harky trained protection dogs. Copper is thrilled to have a dog. She lost her childhood under her father.
Copper's father is not so willing to let his cash cow go and make a play for her. Copper is not going to lose her new home, she has a man she loves and loves her equally, people who would lay there lives down to protect her, friends who share her passion and allow her to follow her dreams. She is determined to batter protect the brothers who are protecting her. She gives Cort a way to grow and spread Badass.
MB and Copper are a favorite of mine. Love there story. The addition of international to the club. The virtual voice is great. Really has come a long way. Hoping to see the rest of the series as well as the related series make there way to Audio.
