When Jacob gets caught after years of serial shoplifting, he is sent to a transition camp - an alternative to prison for young offenders who have committed non-violent crimes. He is expected to use his time there to get an education and learn a trade.

Unfortunately, his small stature makes the work requirements difficult and angers the other guys on his crew. To save himself from a promised beating, he agrees to wet the bed and get transferred to another dorm.

His new dorm, however, has some unconventional discipline techniques. Students in the "bedwetter dorm" wear diapers to bed and are punished when they wake up wet. When the nurse in charge of this dorm realizes Jacob faked wetting the bed to avoid the work crews, she decides punishment diapers are in order.
