About this listen

Now with an updated ending. Includes an additional scene with the elven general, Acwellan.

Today, he has something.

Tomorrow, he'll have power beyond reckoning.

Pryvet's making good time on his wager. Three beautiful women, a gorgeous magical companion, and sultry mysterious captive, aren't anything to scoff at.

Still, they won't be enough to satisfy his debt. And time is always running down.

With the elven threat held at bay, Pryvet needs to convince his captive to trust him. Only then will she divulge her people's secrets.

But first, he needs to upgrade his home, find enough food to survive, and find the man who stole his family from him.

This novel includes language, violence, and unconventional relationships with detailed intimacy.

I really love the series

I'm really enjoying these books i just wish thw women voice could be a little more sensual. They really dont fit the descriptions of the Characters.

I like it

I am quite enjoyed the first book of the series. I actually liked it so much that I couldn't wait for the audio book and I picked up the ebook. I also went ahead and got the audio version just because I love the narrator's for the series. all in all everybody did a fantastic job. As of the time of this review the third book is out in a book. I recommend the series to anybody reading this review.

Debt's to pay

This was another good book, it had it's ups and downs even some side to side. New Characters and some old ones. We get to learn more about the MC and his past.

Another excellent trip with Mark

I love the novel, Erin is one of my favorite female narrators and Christian is getting better and better.

I liked the first book so better believe I was down for book 2. I'm glad to see the harem grow.

Second book and still disappointed

The character development is inconsistent with the things that happen in the story. I expect to have some suspension of disbelief with these stories. But too many things don’t make any sense at all and prevent me from going with the flow.

Rushed

The whole story overall was boring not even close on book 1
The whole thing lacked adventure or even any type of romance that would have won a girl over in my opinion after the initial battle witch that even lacked thrill you could have skipped to the last 3 chapters and not missed anything
Was highly disappointed looked forward to the building and progress of the main character
The narrator the voice of the main character almost sounds like a vampire again missed the mark
One review says pretty much the same as this a long book that does nothing but wonder around in the woods
Given a choice I should have not waisted my credit

Disappointing

Nothing really happens in this book. They wander around the forest and get some food but nothing that pushes the story forward and with 1h left of the book, still made zero progress with the elf captive.
It's a frustrating listen if I'm honest.
And for some reason the MC and the character that told the story somehow don't see any resemblance between a character in a story that was told at before noon and one that attacked them a couple hours later.

I'll give the series another chance but this book felt like a waste of money.
