About this listen

The crowns of Forsyth Royalty aren’t built with jewels. They’re forged in blood and sacrifice.

The Lords never expected Story Austin to walk back into their life.

They certainly never thought she’d rise to be their Queen.

But they aren’t the only Royals in Forsyth.

The Dukes are known for winning with their fists, but transforming Lavinia Lucia from the Kings’ captive to their unwilling Duchess will be their biggest match yet.

The saga continues in book four of the contemporary, dark, reverse harem romance Royals of Forsyth series, where the Duke’s reign will be one of Ruin, Fury and Madness.

I enjoyed the book

I really did enjoy the book. I liked the plot and the writing. I could not get past how bad the woman narrator was at male voices. It sounded like a creepy clown at a haunted house. She should have just spoke regular and that would have been 100 times better.

LOVE

Urr Nick at the end! WTH Nick?!

I didn’t think that I would like this story as much as the first story, but so far I really like it. Definitely worth a credit.

Great opening to the next storyline

I accidentally skipped this book and listened to book two that left me with questions. Initially I didn't care for book two because it seemed full of unanswered questions. Now that I have listened to book one it all makes sense. I have to admit Lavinia worked my nerves sometimes mainly because she was so combative all the time with Nick who just wanted to love her in his crazy way. Overall it was worth back tracking.

Loved it

Def check your triggers. This series continues to be a rough one but I am still absolutely in love with it! The characters are so well constructed and like in the Lords, trapped in their misconceptions about their Duchess. Can’t wait for book 2 to hopefully bring them all together.

I need all the Royals, especially Remy

If you loved the book, you’ll love the audio. The narrators do an amazing job with this story.

Did you love Killian, Rath, and Tristian? Yes?
Same. Twinsies. Reading soulmates.
But ready your heart. Ready your mind.
(And ready your shelf for this beautiful cover)
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒖𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌.

“You won me as an object. Not as a person. You can’t… love something like that. You don’t even know me!”
“You’re mine now. Body, mind, and soul. That’s all I need to know.” - Dukes of Ruin: Royals of Forsyth, Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue

I wasn’t prepared. I truly wasn’t.
The trauma is 𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 from the pages here.
Lavinia is everything I wanted when we met her in Lords. She’s sassy and strong, but also so vulnerable from everything she’s been through. We know she’s been caged for a long time by Daniel Payne and her past is something of nightmare status.
Nick, Sy, and Remy are all fighting their own demons, because their collective past is full of trauma and pain.
That last chapter. My heart was racing, my tears were falling, and my mind devoured the words like I needed them to breathe.
Friends, I was not okay.
𝑰’𝒎 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒌𝒂𝒚.
But here’s the thing, Angel and Sam always come through for me. I trust them. I trust the process.
If you need me, 𝑰’𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆, 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒚 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝑫𝒖𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒊𝒙.

Great Series!

The beginning of each group of this series is always a struggle. The rape and nastiness of these men are always hard to get past. The men always end up treating the women like queens and it makes this series great! Can't wait for the princes books!

I wish this was a duet!

I love the book. I love the female reader for herself and for Remy. Troy Duran is one of my favorites, but this needs to be a duet. He is SOOOOOO sexy masculine. It was slightly confusing to have him be Remy. Either way, amazing book and I will buy the next two
