I loved this one. It was so quick but had a lot in it. I am one that loves a story, heat and enough info to show their HEA and future. This had all that in this very quick listen. It was on the insta side but I loved it. Nikki Monroe did a great job.

Tara, the intern, and Adam, her boss, liked each other from the time she was hired but neither acted on it until her last day in the office at the Christmas party. He takes her on a date and afterwards, she invites him up to her apartment. This was an enjoyable short book.

I really enjoyed this quick read. I liked the characters and the story was great. Tara has just finished an internship and volunteered to help decorate for the Christmas party. Adam is the boss. Tara has had a crush on Adam since her internship started. They run into each other at the Christmas party and things heat up quickly!

This is such a short story, but it has so much going on! I definitely recommend reading this book! Or listening to it!

Very short, but also a very sexy story. About Tara who falls for her boss, Adam, and guess what? He feels the same for her, lol! I loved the epilogue.

I received this story from the author and leave a review voluntarily. It's a good quick story about instant love. I enjoyed the story but would have liked a little more buildup and a bit more heat.

The story was okay, but the technical aspect of the writing wasn't great. More imagery would've been helpful to paint a picture of the party and the 21 year old character in my head. The story gave us a good idea of how their lives unfolded, but the predictable and boring ending seemed like it was just slapped on without a lot of thought. The narrator did a nice job.
