Beatrix Hollow
I’m falling down the rabbit hole into Cheshire’s Den of Debauchery.
I’m obsessed with my deviant desires and only one thing can bring me satisfaction—Caterpillar. Whether by luck or misfortune, he can be bought. I only need to make a deal with Cheshire...and his deals have the tendency to go sideways.
They say curiosity killed the cat but I’m the one in trouble. I was the canary in his jaws the moment I stepped into his lair.
And I just keep falling. Falling for them and falling to the bottom of Wonderland where the truth of my past lurks in the murky depths.
Wonderland bites and I fear I’ve been infected.
In this story you'll find:
- villain leads
- ménage romance
- peculiar anatomy
- and so much more...
Author Note: This is a monster retelling of Alice in Wonderland and is an extended version of the short story by the same title in the Into the Woods Anthology published April 2022.

Enjoyable but weird.
Interesting but weird.
But that’s Beatrix for you. I don’t think there’s a single novel I’ve read of hers that isn’t weird. I would describe this again as a monster romance. This time will all the favourites from Alice in wonderland. Main focus on he caterpillar and the cat. Mfm romance.
So so odd

A twisted new take on Alice in Wonderland and I loved it. In this one we have Alice, Cheshire and Caterpillar all in a really dark dom/sub type relationship where the guys are fighting for dominance over Alice and each other and Alice is basically along for the ride. It's got a bit of enemies to lovers and lots of wild appendages which made for some amazing spice.
All of the characters were as unhinged as I had hoped and I loved watching them in their devious ways. Cheshire was particularly "vile" and had no qualms about it. Watching him find ways to get his way was great, especially when the other party didn't realize it.
I think my favorite part of this story that I wasn't really expecting was the little twists and turns. Wonderland isn't exactly as we expect and our characters aren't either. Things get pretty dicey at the end as secrets are coming out and I wondered how it was all going to end up happily ever after there for a moment... But Beatrix wrapped it up quite nicely and I really enjoyed the ride.
I recently re-read Hookah via audiobook and loved it just as much! Maeve York, Curt Bonnem and Lance West all did a fantastic job and Pink Flamingo's production was stellar as always.

I have read many books by Beatrix Hollo.
w, and they have become one of my favorite authors since stumbling upon them. I'm patiently awaiting signed copies to be available 😍
This retelling of the classic, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, is unique in so many ways. It is a short read at under 200 pages long without the story feeling rushed. I loved the twist surrounding Alice, and I honestly never saw that being a possibility for her character. It was a pleasant surprise for sure! The level of description was well done as well as the world building. The characters were well built, and the story was easy to envision while I was reading. The story and smut were fairly even with neither outweighed the other.

This book was a crazy ride. Alice wanted to be with one of the guys, but the other guy wanted her. There were so many twists and turns that I didn't see coming, as well as secrets.
I'm not sure this was the book for me, but I'm sure other people will enjoy it.

I went into this completely blind, other than the fact that it was Alice in Wonderland vibes, and I’ve got to say…If I were one to do drugs, I imagine this is how it would be to trip on some mushrooms or some other hallucinogen. Find a cat and a caterpillar to fuck, turn into a white rabbit, have a whole host of friends to have tea parties with, and then forget them all every time you came down from your high, just to meet with them all again when you get high again. To say this book was entertaining is an understatement. I loved it so much and I just entered my Beatrix Hollow era, so I’m looking forward to reading more of her monsters!
The narration on this was absolute perfection. The voices they chose to portray Alice, Cheshire, and Shaheen were 100% spot on. Maeve had that innocence in her voice that Alice’s naïve character required, and the guys were just so spot on with the harsh edginess of the villainous Cheshire Cat and the mellow carefreeness of the Hookah Smoking Caterpillar.

This book was wild from start the finish. We meet Alice when she’s in Cheshires Den of Debauchery looking for Caterpillar. She’s been obsessed with him for years and must have him. She knows it’s different to crave an insect, but cant help herself and has wanted him for years. She’s hoping for one night of fun with him. She soon realizes their connection is insane and he’s just as obsessed with her as she is with him, but he’s not the only one obsessed with her. Cheshire wants Alice too and has wanted her for so long that he forced her into a bargain that now makes her his.
The book was so well written that I could see all of the characters and world playing out in my head. I almost forgot that it was a MMF book and was curious who she’d end up with. I love the way Beatrix writes these books. She wrote the MMCs so well and their descriptions were spot on. I really enjoyed seeing the story play out for these three.
The narrators did such a good job!! I loved Alice and Shaheens voices so much, I didn’t love Cheshires much, but I feel like he was meant to sound a little wild and it worked for him lol.
Loved this book!

This rendition of Alice in Wonderland was so bizarre but in a good way. But I guess what version of AiW isn’t a complete mindfck? I’m still trying to wrap my head around what I just listened to. The anatomy of the characters, the bodies of the characters, the magic behind everything. It was really cool. Beatrix Hollow must have an amazing imagination to think up this stuff. I very much enjoyed it. The spice was SUPER spicy. Yes, my jaw dropped a time or two. Things I didn’t think I’d ever be into…well….maybe I am.
The narrators, Maeve York, Curt Bonnem, and Lance West did an amazing job portraying the characters. Each voice match my image of the character so well.
