Me: married male, two kids, beautiful wife, strong career. I bought the book to get tips on doing it better. There were a couple, so mission success... once I apply them.

The author seemed to have experience exclusively with men who are severely introverted, emotionally bereft, or John Stamos. Seriously, do most other men really give absolute zero damn?!
Her understanding of the meaning of male masturbation was spot on, her description of Adam coring the apple was hilarious. Her warning to women to stop over-analyzing and stop being annoying buzzing flies combined with advice to men to "at least pretended to give a shit if you want to get laid" told me whose side she's on.
The narrator, if she were going for "you men are selfish, clueless, emotionless dipshits", nailed it.

Pending learned tidbit application success or failure, I'd recommend the book. Men who give a shit beyond sex, try not to get offended.

Some good tips wrapped in slightly funny sarcasm.

Wow I can't believe how disappointed I was and how much of my time I invested in hoping that the book would finally get better at some point. This is not a book for women- I repeat- this is not a book for women! it's basically a book to bore your man to death and make him want to fuck you even less than he already does. Save your money and your time.

Wow! This book is insulting to everyone one! The author doesn’t give men the chance to have emotional depth, and for women to have self-awareness and be interesting. This is a outdated comedic act not a genuine self-help.
