Horrorotica at Its Finest
What did you love best about Necromantic Encounter?
I have read the book, and I loved the macabre nature of it. It's a horror erotica--horrorotica--of the finest calibre. You feel as though you shouldn't be aroused, but you are. It's gruesome and sexy all at once.
Which scene was your favorite?
When Gretchen first came back and the narrator described how aroused and horrified he was.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Definitely! And I did.
Any additional comments?
I thought the narrator, Darrin Hornwood, did a fantastic job. He matched the voice of the protagonist perfectly, capturing that horrified yet aroused manner. As the title says, you feel like you shouldn't be aroused, but each detail is described in such a wonderful manner you almost feel as though you are experiencing the same horrified desire as the protagonist. Brilliant job all the way around.

Morbidly Wonderful
Would you listen to Necromantic Encounter again? Why?
Heck yeah. Because it was hot.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Necromantic Encounter?
It was all pretty intense.
Which character – as performed by Darren Homewood – was your favorite?
Jack was devilishly delicious.

As stated above it was all pretty intense.

Good voice work.
Good pacing.
Good audio quality
The narrator did really good work -- especially when he got to the meat of the story which was where he revved things up twenty fold. This is a massive compliment as I don't usually like male erotica narrators.
