About this listen
In this gripping continuation, the story follows Whitney Ferro, a notorious female drug dealer, as she navigates the turbulent aftermath of her father being sent to prison for his involvement in organized crime. As she deals with the emotional and practical challenges this brings, Whitney also finds herself caught up in a new business deal with a church, adding another layer of complexity to her already dangerous world.
As Whitney balances her criminal endeavors, strained relationships, and growing tensions in her personal life, Queenie: Part IV explores themes of loyalty, betrayal, and survival in a gritty, fast-paced setting. The book delves into the pressures of living a double life, with personal and professional stakes growing higher as the story progresses.

Great story! Virtual voice negatively impacts it.
I really enjoy the characters and the world the author builds for them. This book explores a lot of common complexities in a realistic way. However, it was harsh to my ears and spirit hearing a robot say the n word, as well as the incorrect emphasis on certain phrases that needed a real Black woman to say. Nevertheless, I pushed through because I had to know what’ would happen next. I’m looking forward to the next one and hoping this series pops off in a way that financially enables you to pay humans.
