What made the experience of listening to Sex for the Golden Oldies the most enjoyable?

Dr. Hall’s joyful voice uplifted me in this audio book. And, well, just talking about it. Sex is important at any age.

Hearing the statistics made me realize I am not alone in some of these things.

Any additional comments?

No kids, no interruptions, more time on my hands, no work pressure, no money issues all should mean more sex time, right? Ok, maybe this is the ideal, but one thing is for sure we will have more time to play and communicate with each other. And we don’t become less human as we age. We still need intimacy and sex with our loving partners. Dr. Hall convinced me that I will never be too old to have sex and fun “right until rigor mortis sets in!” Over time, there are different phases we might go through and different things, hopefully, I will learn. It was helpful to find out about the physical changes we all might go through as we age.
