I love Kitten and so happy she found her HEA!

For the last three weeks or so I have been binge reading (and listening to) this series and kept asking myself how on earth did I miss these books the first time they were released? The only conclusion was that I must have been living under a rock at the time because these books are defiantly the type of books I enjoy reading, especially this one. I had been anticipating Kitten's book since she was first introduced several books earlier. There is plenty of BDSM, Menage, and all types of play in this book but there is more then just that, we have a mystery/suspense going on, a second chance at love, and a woman who is reclaiming herself after being brutally abused....which is the part that I loved the most.

Cole and Mason have a past which we get a peek into during the prologue. There was a deep love for one another until tragedy struck and Cole was at a loss on what to do so he cut all ties with Mason, I swear only a few pages into the story and I knew something wasn't right and my heart absolutely broke for Mason.

Kitten lived a very sheltered life until she was kidnapped from a party she had attended while at college. While being held she was raped and abused and broken and since her escape/rescue she has been living with her cousin Finn and his partners Julian and Dani and introduced to the loving and consensual part of BDSM not the so called BDSM that her captor had been training her to endure, which I wouldn't call BDSM at all.

After years of therapy and play (no sex) everyone is in agreement that it's time for Kitten to find a Master to call her own, this is when she meets Cole but something is missing and she doesn't know quite what it is until she meets Mason. The chemistry is great between all three.

This series and especially this story is easy for me to recommend. If you enjoy BDSM or Menage stories that have some mystery and suspense to them then I would highly recommend them to you. Each book can be read as a standalone but I would suggest reading them in the order they have been released to get the full effect of each book because some of the couples do carry through, especially in this book. If you have audible I would recommend listening to the audiobook because the narrators did a wonderful job bringing this book to life.

Happy Reading/Listening!!!

A Good Kitten

This was book 8 in the "Texas Sirens" series. I have been waiting to read about Kitten Taylor who was kidnapped and held as a sex slave. Julian finds her a Dom. Cole Roberts is a man who lost both of his subs one who was killed in a car accident and one he blamed for the accident. With Kitten he wants to take it slow but they are not connecting. Mason Scott's live fell apart when Cole kicked him out he was also blackballed from practicing law with all the good firms when he is hurt in a car accident they call Cole but Kitten shows up he sees his chance to get his revenge. This was a good read that was better than I thought it would be someone wants Mason dead and he doesn't know why they think it was one of his clients. Cole and Mason are distrustful of each other but they still love each other. Kitten came out of her shell and begins to find her voice with the help of Mason. When he learns that someone is trying to take over his company Cole will do anything to protect those that he loves with Julian's help he learns that someone is framing Mason. This was a good read his friends from Bliss show up and he learns that the accident that killed Emily was no accident and that Mason was drugged. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling and I also liked the narrator's as I read and listened to this book at the same time. I am looking forward to reading more books in this series and in Bliss.

Loved Kitten’s story ❤️

I’ve been waiting for Kitten’s story in this series and it did not disappoint. I loved seeing her growth over the series and that she’s found the love and support that she needs to fulfill her potential. Ryan West does an outstanding job as always.

A wonderful tale of love and forgiveness

This was about finding oneself, and forgiving those that have wronged you, and becoming a better person because of what you’ve gone through. A very hot mystery also. Great narration by Ryan West and good narration by C J Bloom.

Couldn’t wait!

I was so happy to read Kitten’s story and it was very good although I thought it was going to be Logan’s since they spent so much time talking about him and Georgia in the last book....and leading up to Kitten sending her to NY so I can’t wait for that story to be told I’m hoping it’s as fun and interesting as it’s promised.......

Kitten's HEA; Entertaining Narration!

I was so glad Kitten finally got her HEA. One thing I loved about this book was the glimpses of Kitten's intelligence that I saw in previous books, burst into the forefront like a sunrise.

Cole and Mason healing their relationship was a slow painful process. There were a couple of moments when the story dragged a bit with all of the self recriminations. I think the longest moment occurred during Julian's latest stunt. He was once again manipulating the situation in, lol.

I thought it was masterful the way Kitten was able to bring Mason and Cole back together. She was not only the conduit for their relationship, but also the glue that held them together.

I thought the culprits behind the mystery and intrigue became fairly obvious early on. That knowledge or suspicion took nothing away from the story.

The narrators, Ryan West and C. J. Bloom, made the narration enjoyable bringing just the right amount of emotion to the story, along with many humorous moments.
