Sitting at a waterfront bar at the end of the Anclote River, Jack Myers hears about a serial killer that has stashed dozens of young mutilated bodies inside Pasco County’s waterfront Anclote River Park. Jack feels if he can capture this killer, he can redeem himself with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. He meets with the Pasco County Sheriff and they both agree to a deal that allows Jack to re-partner with Riley McFarland and hunt down the serial killer.
