About this listen

Joe Simm has everything he wants in life: Great friends, successful businesses, and a sexy boyfriend who keeps him on his toes. Life really couldn’t get much better, but the past he escaped, the one he thought was dead and buried, is about to come back and haunt him.

A chance encounter with a stranger in his beloved V Lounge sends him reeling. How will Joe cope with the ghosts of his previous life haunting him and those he loves and cares for?

Joe needs to lay the demons to rest, once and for all, but is he able to confront his past, or will he lose everything he’s fought so hard to gain?

Venture once more into the world of Voyeur and watch as deep, dark secrets are played out before your eyes.

I absolutely adore this entire series!
The universe in which it is set in, the characters and the writing, all come together so beautifully.

I would recommend you reading/ listening to book 1-4 in one go. Since each book is just over an hour. Listened together it reads like a full length book.

A steamy, intense listen!

Voyeur Vol IV is the fourth book in the Voyeur series, and it cannot be read as a standalone. You don’t need to read the first two books in the series (although I highly recommend it), but you definitely should read the Voyeur Vol III because this installment picks up where Vol III left off. Joe and Kian are now an established couple who are extremely sweet and sexy together. But an unwelcomed and unexpected visitor from Joe’s past makes an appearance and throws a wrench into everything. Joe and Kian will have to face and overcome this conflict to move forward with their happy ever after.

The audiobook was narrated by Dan Calley who not only did a wonderful job with the narration of this book but with the entire series. Dan has a great voice that was perfect the steaminess and intenseness of this book. The audiobook production was well done and overall this was really enjoyable.

Audiobook Review by Mel
4.5 Blue Roses

Narrator Dan Calley delivered another two awesome volumes of the sensational Voyeur series. His performance highlighted the personality and sexually alluring owner of the V- lounge; named Joe. Dan’s ability to carry dark tensed moments contributed to high angst and strong emotional reactions to some surprising twists the author weaved into the plot. These two audiobooks are as much sexually arousing as strong emotional reaction evoking.

The author has the talent to tell a whole life story in over just one hour. How she does it, is a mystery to me. The character building and world development were well rounded. I just wish the books were longer because I love the characters so much and would like to hear more about them.

Joe is a charismatic man, but before he became the owner of V-Lounge he had to overcome a brutal attack and work hard to climb out of the hole of poverty, to become a successful business owner. These novelettes are both about Joe and his lover; Kian. It’s my opinion, that they could have been just one book. But, the rhythms of tension runs are different in each book, so I can understand why it was split up.

This series is fantastic and definitely a recommendation. I loved the 4th Volume the most. It has tons of surprising action.

Happy Listening
