About this listen
Rock-hard men in the sheets, delectable cheese in the streets.
Violette Reely walks into her great uncle’s abandoned cheese shop then promptly runs back out. You would too if you discovered a secret basement hiding beneath a trapdoor. One second, there’s nothing down there but cheese wheels in an old chest, the next four naked men are chasing her out the door.
Refusing to give up the million-dollar property to her wild imagination, Violette returns the next day. Despite the place being ransacked, she’s certain she made up those mysterious men who vanished inside a locked store. Then, as the sun sets, cheeses lying on piles of discarded clothing roll across the floor until they poof into the four men from last night.
Men who transform into cheese.
What the hell?
Stoic and domineering, Roq’s the de facto leader keeping everyone in line. Everyone that is but Cam, the charming playboy whose smooth lines melt the hardest rinds. Cheddy is a tall hunk of joy, as easy to like as his namesake. And last, but never forgotten, is Brie. Soft-spoken, with an artistic soul, he’s the sweet wallflower waiting for the right person to scoop him up.
These strange cheese-shifters need Violette’s help. They need someone to protect them when they’re trapped as cheese by day. But, after centuries of being screwed over by their caretakers, they’re wary. No one is slower to trust than Roq who expects betrayal at every corner. Even if Violette agrees to help them sell off their secret cheese stash and find a new place, he cuts her down at every turn keeping her at arm’s length. He’s hiding a secret that could destroy everything he’s fought for across the world.

They call me a slut. Maybe I am. Sometimes I do things I despise. Sometimes men take without asking. But I have a musical gift, only a year left of high school, and a plan. With one obstacle. Emeric Marceaux doesn’t just take. He seizes my will power and bangs it like a dark note. When he commands me to play, I want to give him everything. I kneel for his punishments, tremble for his touch, and risk it all for our stolen moments.

Wonderful story!
Wonderful story! I absolutely loved everything about this book. I got pretty angry when Violet’s mother kept telling her how she was not a good person and everything she did was wrong. Violet was a sweet smart woman with a heart of gold. I truly loved all of the cheesy adventures she experienced with Cam, Bre, Cheddy and Broc. All of these men helped Violet see that she is worth someone caring about her and paying attention to her too. I really loved how after all of the adventures she reopened the store, and had nighttime classes where the guys taught, read to and enjoyed their evenings together. I would love to fall into such an adventure. I recommend this book to everyone who loves odd adventures turning into awesome love stories.

Great story to listen to. Not your usual Shifter story.
Wow, I can honestly say I've never ever expected to cry over Cheese Shifters. This story evokes emotions from the reader/ listener. Frustration and anger at the main characters mother being the most prevalent. It's a good overall story, however, do pay attention to the trigger warnings they're there for a reason.

cheese
I loved the narration of Genevieve Jones
Violette inherits her uncles cheese shop. Violette has great memories from her childhood here. Causing mixed feelings on what to do with it. While figuring what to do Violette meets " Cheddy, Brie, Cam, and Roq." They used to work with her uncle. Camembert is a flirt. Cheddy aka Cheedar is kind of the peacemaker, between Cam and Brie. Finally, there is Roq aka Roquefort, he is grumpy. But when Roq is one sexy man when he lets go.
Brilliant characters, and heat .

cheese is life!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! I had a serious case of FOMO and just had to participate in the trend of reading about shifter cheese romance. I did not think it would be as amazing as it was. I was absolutely on the edge of my seat as I kept turning pages and needed to know what would happen next.
Genevieve Jones is absolutely brilliant at bringing this book to life with her lyrical voice.
This is the book I didn't know I needed but definitely enjoyed more than a single review can convey!

So cheesy!
I cannot stop recommending this book! I didn’t have any idea what to expect for the first CHEESE shifter book, but I was thinking it would surely be PWP. Wow, I was wrong! The story is HERE, y’all. I love Vi and each of her sweet cheeses. Plus the spice is on point! This book is everything and more.

There was a small discrepancy in the audio, notified the author and was quickly addressed. The story is entertaining but combined with the audio, you're emerged in the world.

Sneezing
To really enjoy this book you need at least enjoy cheese.
If you really like cheese and gorgeous men? So you must read this book.
A RH, PNR, ROM-COM, medium to fast-burn with a little MM and lot's of steamy moments.
We have drama. After all, the cheese men are cursed and the FMC has OCD caused mainly by her evil mother, but isn't a heavy read.
And we have many funny moments.
There is an HEA with a great epilogue.
The narrator, Genevieve Jones, was wonderful. She gives a good perception of FMC's personality: a FMC with very little self-esteem, insecure but with a heart of all sizes.
I didn't know what I was missing with the audiobooks.
