Publisher's summary

She was everything I wasn't supposed to want. Young, pretty, a virgin, and my best friend's daughter. When she walked into my office to ask me for a summer internship, I had only one thing on my mind. Watching her stroll into my workplace in an impossibly tiny skirt and too-tight white shirt awakened the beast inside me. I've fought long and hard to keep myself in check, but something about my best friend's little girl has me hot and bothered.

Every inch of her draws me in like a Venus Flytrap, waiting to snap. She knows what she's doing, and by God, she does it well. I don't want to be her boss. It's an HR disaster waiting to happen. I don't want to be her honorary uncle. I don't want to sit by and watch her tease me every day. I want to punish her for her bratty ways. I want my best friend's little girl, and I always get what I want. They call me the big, bad wolf for a reason.

Cheezy taboo and short

This taboo interaction has nothing to do with a much younger woman for me. It has to do with the best friends daughter and not being a man and owning what he was doing. Having her hid it.

Dylan was not bad. I thought it may have been the lines not the narrator.

Loved it!!

"Working for the Big Bad Wolf" by Olive Spencer is a sizzling, taboo romance that dives headfirst into the forbidden and the scandalous. With a premise that promises tension and heat, this story delivers on both, pulling you into the dangerous dance between a powerful man and the one woman he's not supposed to want—his best friend's daughter.

The story is centered around the "big bad wolf," a successful, dominant man who finds himself irresistibly drawn to his best friend's daughter, who is far too tempting for her own good. The moment she walks into his office, dressed to entice, the stakes are set. What unfolds is a game of cat and mouse, where desire and danger intermingle in every charged interaction.

Olive Spencer masterfully crafts a tale that's as steamy as it is suspenseful. The chemistry between the characters is undeniable, with each encounter leaving you wondering just how long they can resist the inevitable. The "best friend's daughter" trope is handled with a mix of intrigue and intensity, making it impossible to put down.

Dylan Rockwell's narration adds an extra layer of depth to this already compelling story. His voice captures the tension and temptation, bringing the characters and their illicit desires to life. The nuances in his performance make every scene feel palpable, immersing the listener in the heated atmosphere of the story.

While the book is undeniably provocative and will appeal to those who enjoy a good dose of forbidden romance, it’s important to note that it leans heavily into themes of power dynamics and age gaps. If you're comfortable with these elements, "Working for the Big Bad Wolf" is a tantalizing listen that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Overall, this audiobook is a thrilling ride that explores the darker sides of desire, making it a must-listen for fans of taboo romance. Just be prepared for a story that's as wild as the wolf himself.
