She is just a wonderful mother who has dedicated her entire life to her greatest passion: experimenting with new recipes to find the perfect balance between taste and health.
She learned the art of cooking directly from her grandmother Annie. From an early age, she spent hours and hours behind the stove, at first doing the simplest tasks up to mastering the most complicated recipes and delighting the whole family with her dishes.
Among the educational experiences that Rihanna remembers with more happiness, there is undoubtedly the long tour of Italy searching for typical flavors. The enterprising American housewife spent an entire summer in the Peninsula's most characteristic villages and had the opportunity to meet the best traditional chefs of Italy.
Rihanna has been happily married for 27 years to her husband Carl and is the mother of three children. She runs a small family bed and breakfast in the countryside around Oklahoma City. In her free time, she loves playing the traditional banjo, walking in nature, and, of course, ... cooking delicious dishes for her guests and family!
Her mission is to share with the rest of the world her recipes and tricks learned over a lifetime behind the stove. Her books are a concentrate of genuine knowledge, love, and passion, which she conveys in every recipe!
