Very Good Start for Prepping

I listened to the Audio book and I like it. There are some parts that may seem basic or overly obvious but it is important to ensure that even the "this should go without saying" things are said at least once.
There are a lot of parts that are "doom and gloom" type, but it's realistic and it's also important to prepare for the worst so that you can handle what comes.
My recommendation is that if you have just started preparing, start with a good about some basic life skills so that you can survive. After you have just a but of prep under your belt, then use this book to give you the Why and more practical What to prepare.
