Worth a listen to re-evaluate your daily tasks

The author has some intriguing points and offers suggestions on how anyone can increase their focus and productivity by minimizing “shallow” tasks. Overall, this is a great read/listen, but there are parts of rambling in the book, after a point has been made... several times.

Story
In the United States alone, there are about three million people that have trouble speaking clearly because of a stuttering disorder. Stuttering is a speech disorder in where there is a disruption or interruption of a normal speech flow. When people speak, they have to force some of their words out because the flow is blocked or broken. They end up looking weird because when they stutter, they make weird looking facial expressions or are constantly blinking their eyes.

Great overview, but lacks detail

Good overview for someone who would like to better understand stuttering as a whole and what to consider, but the audiobook does not go into specific detail about ways to counteract or decrease stuttering.
