Story
Belly measures her life in summers. Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. Winters are simply a time to count the weeks until the next summer, a place away from the beach house, away from Susannah, and most importantly, away from Jeremiah and Conrad. They are the boys that Belly has known since her very first summer—they have been her brother figures, her crushes, and everything in between. But one summer, one wonderful and terrible summer, the more everything changes, the more it all ends up just the way it should have been all along.

Great Story
Reviewed: 07-04-22
This was my kind of book! I must confess, I did watch the show on Prime Video before using a credit on the audio book. I really enjoyed it on television, and the audiobook was not disappointing. I thought it ingenious to cast Lola Tung as the narrator for the book and as Belly for the show.
ANYWAYS— I lived for the book. It was so my style. Great for any teen or member of Gen-Z. There’s something about the setting and people a young person can relate to. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this for older audiences (30+) and there are moments that are certainly not means for anyone under 12 years. Otherwise, very entertaining. Great summer read.
Looking forward to reading/hearing the next book in the series, and hoping for a second season of TSITP! Team Jeremiah all the way!

Hamilton Fans will Love
Reviewed: 01-26-21
In this introductory book by Rush Limbaugh, you learn about the Pilgrimage of the future Amaricans.
This book connects well with both children and adults alike, using relatable subjects from the twentieth century to relate to significant moments in American history, even in 2021.
Fans of the American Musical: Hamilton will not only enjoy this book, but all of the books in the 'Rush Revere' series. People can connect moments in their favorite musical to a (about) 13-year-old book.
To be fair, the last time I listened to this audiobook was in 2013, but as I browsed my library here on Audible and found this book, I was honestly very excited.
Trust me, this book is great.
Recommend for all ages, especially Middle School students!

Love this series!

I love this book! Tui T is a great writer, with detailed descriptions and clear perspectives of the characters. The best moment was probably the Bumblebee moments! She's hilarious, and so is Tui T. Shannon McManus is a wonderful narrator, and her voices truly give attention to who the character really is, and show expression and emotion in the characters. Her voice is clear and understood, and is truly professional. I am excited for the next book, and to reenter the world of Pantala/Phyrria. (SPOILER ALERT: I think that the characters of Phyrria and Pantala are going to meet in the next book!!!!! Ahhhhhh!!!!) Definitely reccomend.

A touch of computer keys, a blast of heat, and suddenly the Murry twins, Sandy and Dennys, are gasping in a shimmering desert land. If only the brothers had normal parents, not a scientist mother and a father who experiments with space and time travel. If only the Murry twins had noticed the note on the door of their mother's lab: Experiment In Progress. Please Keep Out. But it's too late for regrets.
