Narration was very clear even when at 1.25x speed. Book had decent tips and tricks to try in the business setting. Some of it's references (pre-covid) were a little too accurate in their portrayal of hypothetical future diseases.

good ideas, better as a book

I liked it, but I feel I would've been able to adopt more of the teachings if I had seen it physically rather than listening to it. There's a lot of listing or comparisons between lists that are hard to lock in when hearing it straight through. By the time I've reached the end of the list, I've forgotten the beginning. Again, good book, helpful ideas but maybe get the physical copy.
