The different approaches to weight loss proposed in this book definitely caught my attention. It was the reason I bought it and it has lived up to my expectations. What it teaches you is really useful to have a better lifestyle and I can say that it really helps you. Thumbs up!

I really love this book. Ideally, it's good to set up your space in the morning and get your affirmation done early.. That way you will think about your affirmation as you go about your day, which is especially helpful if you're not having a great day it gives you that little boost of positivity.

There are a lot of ways suggested to use these affirmations to re-enforce their messages in your life. It teaches you how to write your own affirmations that you can connect with and believe in.
