Story
Zach Riley is a man on the run… from something, or someone, that he just can’t figure out. What, pray tell, might that be? Women who are around him want to jump him, and get him into bed. But Zach can’t figure out why! He simply can’t take it anymore, so he escapes, taking refuge in his own spaceship and he never, ever, leaves it. But his comfortable, if lonely, lifestyle is suddenly thrown into chaos.

not that good
Reviewed: 09-21-24
the story is very dry, maybe it's the terrible narrator, his voice just sounds monotone and slightly annoying, but also the main character is written as this wise human male with decades of experience as a space ship captain, with the advantage of nano tech and when he gets displaced on the alien planet to bring magic back to that world*from that point forward* it seems like the guy is a idiot at every turn, relying on the ai or new wife to solve his problems, I hate stories where the main character gets build up to be wise or intelligent or strategic and then half way into the story all that goes out the window, it's like the author forgot his own characters traits. not to mention the sex scenes were very unimpressive almost as if the author was avoiding actually going into details, basically a rendition of oh they had proceeded to have sex, and then cut to the next morning overall i REALLY didnt care for this series

a decent listen( at least for eroticism)
Reviewed: 01-07-23
the erotic scenes were pretty good I'd rate 7 outta 10 but the story and dialogue need A LOT of work, the main thing about the dialogue that irritated me most was the main character (Gabriel grim) was built up and painted as a decently intelligent mage that was the top of his class at the mage school for 20 years but all of his dialogue made him sound like a complete imbecile, he seemed to be so clueless about everything, and the story seemed to struggle at times to keep together and not unravel. I do like the other characters and how they were performed and their dialogues my issue is mostly with the main character I will try the 2nd book just to see if his character improves, but if it appears he remains a baffled stumbling idiot throughout the 2nd book I'll probably not entertain this series further

Story
Chad Johnson built his following by being a troll. Online games, social media, you name it—he's there with a witty comeback. But when he goes too far during a televised stream, he's handed a punishment unlike any other. Instead of the usual ban or suspension, Chad's sentenced to thirty days of full immersion therapy in Isle of Mythos—a world of epic fantasy filled with dungeons and mythical creatures. The twist? He's forced to embody a forest troll, one of the most-despised races in Mythos.
