I really like the stories about chance creek, and I want to continue hearing/ reading everyone’s story. But, the narrator of this one is insanely awful. Men and women sound the same. The main characters mother sounds like she’s got a mouthful of cotton. It’s really strange that there are different narrators to every book.

Its an off story pushing the hasards of living in a small town to the edge. The feud is ridiculus, fantasy or turn of the century style.
But still, the story flows and I want to finish and find out what’s really going on. The female narrator has a nasal, husky tone to her voice. Quite annoying, I mean, take a breath before you start speaking! She can’t even say Whitney without sounding ridiculous

I’m really happy to continue with the Nola stories. I love Meghan Marches way of building a story, however the cliffhanger thing...sort of annoying. Why make it a trilogy when it’s really one book?
Narrators are ok, sometimes it’s hard to discern which person the female voice belongs to.

Great conclusion to the trilogy, or maybe not. I want more!
Can’t wait to read about Temperance and Magnolia. Heading on to more Meghan March books.
I really appreciate the narrators, both male an female voices are easy to listen to.
