I was forced to read this book in school but I wasn't attentive or aware of the world around me, so I didn't get much out of it at the time. I'm sure some of the themes in this narrative registered in my youthful mind, but I wasn't hateful and had little to no experience or awareness of the hatred in the world around me.
This is one of the greatest stories told in a very easy to grasp and succinct manner. That is probably why it has been recommended reading in schools for decades.
This is currently being added to lists around the United States as a book that should be banned from schools. There should be no surprise that the regions where this book is being banned from schools are regions that are historically predominantly run by hateful white men.
This book does not cast hateful and ignorant white men in a good light, but this work of art is true to life, and for some that is too much to bear.

Story
Listen to the findings of the Special Counsel’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, complete with accompanying analysis by the Post reporters who’ve covered the story from the beginning. One of the most urgent and important investigations ever conducted, the Mueller inquiry focuses on Donald Trump, his presidential campaign, and Russian interference in the 2016 election, and draws on the testimony of dozens of witnesses and the work of some of the country’s most seasoned prosecutors.

I figured this would be difficult to listen to, and that it would be rather boring legal talk, but it was not at all. It was written in a way that people who are not well versed in legal jargon and terms should be capable of comprehending the contents of this report.
The subject matter is so enthralling and disturbing, everyone should read or listen to this report. If you already have a specific belief or conclusion about the subject matter you should still read this, if not to correct your assumptions, than to help you converse with others who need help understanding the facts.
I am anxiously awaiting for the redacted "on going matter" to be resolved.

Story
Zachary Quinto - best known for his role as the Nimoy-approved Spock in the recent Star Trek reboot and the menacing, power-stealing serial killer, Sylar, in Heroes - brings his well-earned sci-fi credentials and simmering intensity to this audio-exclusive novella from master storyteller John Scalzi. One day, not long from now, it becomes almost impossible to murder anyone - 999 times out of a thousand, anyone who is intentionally killed comes back. How? We don't know.

I want more
Reviewed: 04-23-19
I want more stories in this universe, especially from the early days of this "turn of the century." Humanity had to figure out some way of coping and rebuilding to reach the state of relative normality portrayed. There had to be chaos and religious upheaval for years, I want to hear that story.

Story
In Age of Myth, fantasy master Michael J. Sullivan launched audiences on an epic journey of magic and adventure, heroism and betrayal, love and loss. Now the thrilling saga continues as the human uprising is threatened by powerful enemies from without—and bitter rivalries from within. Raithe, the God Killer, may have started the rebellion by killing a Fhrey, but long-standing enmities dividing the Rhunes make it all but impossible to unite against the common foe. And even if the clans can join forces, how will they defeat an enemy whose magical prowess renders them indistinguishable from gods?

The worst part about a good book in a series is when it ends and the next story isn't available. I consumed this recording way too fast, it is over and now I have to wait...
I thought this was another good addition to the world where these stories are told. An interesting history of characters who came to be the focal point of a religion thousands of years later. The winners get to write the books of history.
I did think the emphasis on "a row" becoming an arrow was a bit much, kind of heavy handed and too obvious. Those kind of revelations or inventions in future books could be down-played and more of a hint or mentioned in passing. People with a brain cell or two in their head should be able to get a hint right away, and those who don't get it, should read a few more books.
Excellent narration and voices. The only problem I had was on occasion when there is a switch in scene and there is no discernable pause or cue that there is a change in the setting of the story. Sometimes there is a little more needed to let the listener know there has been a lapse in time, changed location, different conversation, or point of narration.
Keep up the good story telling and get me the next one...

The answer lies across the sea in a faraway land populated by a reclusive and dour race who feel nothing but disdain for both Fhrey and mankind.
