A different kind of reverse harem series

I have read many reverse harem fantasy/paranormal books. A lot of then seem to have a similar outline and cast of characters but this series was something quite different.
I won’t spoil anything but do highly recommend listening if you are looking for a reverse harem series with a bit more complexity and wheee the MC is (for the most part) a strong leading lady that you will want to root for. The narration is in a third person pov which is also a nice change as most are in first person and focuses on the obsessive inner thoughts of the MC.

This book was goofy and fun. Highly recommend especially if you need a break from the darker reverse harem novel series.

So good, thank goodness for Meg. A lot of RH books involve a clueless, not so alpha female. Meg’s female heroines are always huge badasses and I love it.
Marigold is a scrappy badass bitch fighter who doesn’t take shit. This first book was exciting and hopefully sets up a engaging book series. Can’t wait to delve into book 2.

I think this is my first review and I have listened to a TON of audiobooks, especially RH. This one is fantastic. Both narrators were easy to listen to and the story kept me engaged (no small task). I usually like to buy books in bundles and this one wasn’t available in that format but decided to give this one a try anyways and I am very glad I did. Downloading book 2 as I write this review…
