Story
In the early 2000s, after years of hard work and determination to breakthrough as an actor, Bethany Joy Lenz was finally cast as one of the leads on the hit drama One Tree Hill. Her career was about to take off, but her personal life was slowly beginning to unravel. What none of the show’s millions of fans knew, hidden even from her costars, was her secret double life in a cult. An only child who always wanted a place to belong, Lenz found the safe haven she’d been searching for in a Bible study group with other Hollywood creatives. However, the group soon morphed into something more sinister.

The stories about your mom, so beautiful. I share a similar childhood in regards to your strong mom and absent dad. I cried several times! Thank you!

The weaving of the 3 stories was easily followed and helped the magic of the story

I loved the description of the garden, how it progressed, and the stories of the lives it touched. Each character brought something different. Some stories are tragic, and others are sweet.

Story
Henry Winkler, launched into prominence as “The Fonz” in the beloved Happy Days, has transcended the role that made him who he is. Brilliant, funny, and widely regarded as the nicest man in Hollywood (though he would be the first to tell you that it’s simply not the case, he’s really just grateful to be here), Henry shares in this achingly vulnerable memoir the disheartening truth of his childhood, the difficulties of a life with severe dyslexia, the pressures of a role that takes on a life of its own, and the path forward once your wildest dream seems behind you.

Great story lots of twists and turns. Still keeping all the family members involved. I am confused by the title of the book. It has nothing to do with the story, but maybe a set up for the next book, considering how it ended.
