The secrets of men are on their stories. Listening to Vusi share his story has inspired another level of excellence to form within me and to come out of me. I already had admiration for the man, now it has grown to a new level.

Story
The average person has 70,000 thoughts every day, and many of those thoughts trigger a corresponding emotion. No wonder so many of us often feel like we're controlled by our emotions. Our lives would be much improved is we controlled them. Joyce Meyer discusses the way that the brain processes and stores memories and thoughts, and then - emotion by emotion - she explains how we can manage our reactions to those emotions.

A book of freedom

This book helped me to reprogram my emotional thinking so that I am in control of me. I took my time absorbing the content and putting the points into work prior to moving on. Some recommendations may seem simple however, are very poignant in helping develop new emotional schematics.
