practical book I enjoyed

I liked this book a lot similarly to David's other book brrrr..it totaltally made sense.. the only thing I wished he had went more in depth of how to find the agents, contractors, sellers, more websites, and all other parties involved in these out of state transactions since they are not local if one is going to buy out of their local area. However David did a great job as usual with his book.. I loved brrrr even a bit more, and this one was non-the-less another very good book he wrote. Thanks David.

very informative and in depth book. I'd recommend.

I had a little knowledge on subject2 mortgage take over, and really liked this book a lot. Great information, my only suggestion on any possible revised edition would be to cover more on how or where to get closing attorneys or title companiea to close on these unique deals to put it all together even more cohesive, and it's a good book regardless.
