I always enjoy reading John Maxwell books, but this one in particular may very well be my favorite. John has a way of explaining things in a practical way that make sense to anyone who reads it. He always gives excellent examples from his personal experience in order to stress how important each concept he is going through per chapter. I really enjoyed this book.

I liked how Mr. Stoval and Dr. Schneider made the book easy flowing and not overly complex. They used personal examples and also made the subject quite entertaining. I highly recommend this book if you're wondering if entrepreneurship is for you and what to expect.

This book really gave me a reality check on what being a leader of the future will look like. These are who will not be perfect, but transparent. Not always in the know, but humble. Not threatened by others success, but embraces them. And, as I continue striving to be this leader of the future, this book has reminded me that as a leader, if I want change, I have to start with me and let circumstances be an excuse for why I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing. I just have to take the first step and go from there.

l like that this book is people-focused. Yes, it is a book about leadership, but this book points out a very important thing. You can't be a leader if no one is following you. If you want people to follow you, as a leader you have to be regularly implementing and striving to be better in each of the areas the author talks about. I think this book could be very complimentary to Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People.

I appreciate how Tom Ziglar explains each of the principles for Choosing to Win by telling a personal testimony as to how he and his dad Zig Ziglar incorporated these principles into their lives. It is very encouraging knowing that despite where you start, you can always make a choice to win in life and know what purpose you have to serve the world. Thank you

Absolutely amazing!

I have seen both versions of the movie and they don't compare to the actual book. The second rendition is closer to what happened in the book than the first, but there's so much more in the book than what can be portrayed in film. It has adventure, laughter, and good life lessons to be learned. It is absolutely a wonderful story, and I'm glad I finally read it!

Informative and Funny As Hell!

I really appreciate the author being open and honest about her struggles with obesity and food, and how those struggles affected her relationships with friends, family, and the opposite sex. I may not agree with everything she recommended in her book, but there are some things I plan to incorporate in my life like getting a full-length mirror to look and appreciate the whole me. Thank you for your candor, charisma, and enthusiasm!

I enjoyed this book. Thoroughly, it has helped me to appreciate my own musical background, as well as, appreciate the musical background of other people. I felt the material presented was very well rounded.
