I’ve had the honor of meeting and working with Oma and it’s truly been a God send! Prior, I had a good grasp on a lot of different Lean & Six Sigma applications. Later, I gained valuable insight on how to apply those tools, as well as other tools, to systematically build a high performance organization. This is a must read, better yet, a must “apply” book that will make you a better Leader in your respective organization.
