The first and most important keto book .

This is the most important book on my shelf about keto. I felt in love with the author's podcast and very real approach to women's bodies and health that is different from all notions about keto mainly studied in men. And this book, recipes and all information, guidance, programs and most importantly, options to chose based on my lifestyle, are so important. I finally felt like someone sees me, and doesn't put me into one bucket of all women who could be helped with one magic pill - which is never the case and will never be able to happen! Thank you!
