best book on ocd i've ever read

What made the experience of listening to OCD the most enjoyable?

it was so honest. the author isn't just a scholar. he seems to understand ocd firsthand.

the author. he wrote it, narrated it, lived it

Have you listened to any of J.-M. Kuczynski’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

yes. this is not one of his best performances, but it's still pretty good
