Bland and uninterestimg story and the reader surprisingly struggled with common words. Unbelievable cartoon villains. Plot had potential.

One of the most engaging books I have read in a while. Great voice actor as well.

Very awkward exposition. Seems about 2/3 of the book is people listing ship specifications. It was an interesting plot base but the book revolves around the background not the characters. Had unrealistic notions of human interactions. Maybe better for young readers and idealists unbothered by literary Uncanny Valleys.

The audio seems to glitch out and skip some I'm some parts of the book. the rest is okay.

I like the main protagonist less and less as he lacks all humility and is just "good" at everything. Maybe the author plans on bringing this back to reality, but it makes it hard to sympathize with him at all and make the story hard to believe.

The strategic situation that comes up is believable and what keeps me engrossed.

I liked the first of the series a little better, but it's painfully predictable now.

Hard to believe: unrealistic godlike hero with no flaws. Shallow drama with bunches of characters existing just to die. The reader has little attachment to these and their demise is totally predictable. No character development.
