Story
He's a professional hockey player that lives on the edge. I prefer to play life by the rules. I'm the personal assistant at a sports agency that no one notices. I don't like sports, and I like professional athletes even less. I'm indifferent to the mostly male clientele, except for one. Mica "the savage" Petrov. When it comes to wild antics, Mica is the biggest offender of them all. He's reckless, wild, and carelessly charming. I'm mortified that I find him attractive. But it doesn't matter because the guy hasn't taken a second look at me. Not once. In two years.

I really enjoyed Mica and Charlie’s story! These two may have started with a fake marriage but they were meant to be!!
The narrator’s Russian accent got a little annoying at times but all in all it was an enjoyable read!!!

I realized that I don’t review most of the audiobooks I’m listening to. I think that’s mainly because I’m not 100% focused when I’m listening to them. I’m trying to change that, starting with this one.
This is my first book from the author. I have a couple of her books in my TBR but haven’t gotten around to reading them yet… The audiobook is part of my audible escape subscription and since the synopsis sounded interesting, I decide to give it a chance!
Emma is a freelance editor/bookstore cashier, living with her 3 fur babies in Brooklyn. After a conversation with her best friend claiming that she’s turning into a cat lady, she decides to change that. Because of a name mix up she meets Marcus. He’s a hedge fund billionaire looking for the ideal wife. Emma might not check his ideal wife characteristics, but he’s intrigued by the fiery redhead. And that’s how their whirlwind romance starts.
Since this is book 1 of 2, you won’t fully see their relationship develop yet. I’m currently listening to the second book and I still have a long way to go. Both of them have demons to fight because of their childhood, especially Emma. Their story is nothing but complicated. Will they be able to overcome that? That’s yet to be decided…!

The storyline is really interesting. I was a little worried about how Alex would come back to the living.
The issue I had was with the narration, it felt rushed. I wanted to get into the story and feel the characters emotions but I couldn't at most times. Overall the story was good!

Story
I'm assigned to help superstar tight end, Duncan Hart, rehab his elbow. His chiseled features melt the hearts of women everywhere, including mine. There's just one problem. Duncan's an asshole, with an ego the size of a football stadium. He lives for the roar of the crowd. He thrives on it. And he wants to let me experience the Hart attack - yes, he has a name for it. But that's not going to happen. At least, that's what I keep telling myself.

Story
The Wolf is handsome, calculating, and rumors say even cruel. He owns the local bank and pretty much everything else in town. He’s also the man of the house. Well, he was. When I find out that he’s foreclosing on my grandmother’s property, I’m furious. I go to the bank and demand that he forgive her debt, but I don’t have much to offer in exchange, especially not money. With a not-so-innocent grin, he proposes a deal. Three days with me, doing anything he desires, and he’ll forgive my grandmother’s debt.

I’m all for a book with steamy scenes but sadly this one didn’t do it for me. I liked the red riding hood vibe. What I didn’t like was the whole daddy thing when they were having sex; it just bothers me when it comes up. Overall the narrator did a pretty good job with this book.
The audiobook was gifted to me by the author and this is my honest opinion.
